5. Why do you charge for a listing?

To verify your property we have to send a team to the actual property. This cost is what you're paying for in form of a nominal fee for the listing duration.

6. Will I get a refund on my listing fee if the property gets sold or rented out before my listing expires?

No. Your listing fee will not be refunded for any unused time if you delist your property before the listing expires. Further refund conditions are listed in detail in our Refund Policy.
